"Secrets of the Luminara" - Escape From the Temple | Concept Submission

I’m incredibly excited to share my newest piece for KitBash3D’s Secrets of the Luminara challenge, especially after participating in their previous Mission to Minerva. Over the past months, I’ve focused on refining my lighting, look development, and overall cinematic storytelling—and I’m thrilled to see how these improvements come together here.
The concept follows our courageous (and slightly overwhelmed) explorer racing through a perilous temple courtyard. Spiked traps line the path, towering guardians and lurking foes are right on his heels, and the entire scene bursts with fiery debris and swirling smoke. My goal was to immerse viewers in the urgency and chaos of this hidden world—exposing the magical, yet dangerous, Secrets of the Luminara civilization.
A huge thank you to the KitBash3D team for their invaluable critiques on Discord, which truly helped me push this artwork further. Their feedback inspired me to focus on tighter composition, more compelling lighting, and a cinematic angle that amplifies the tension of the chase.
